  • He submits a complaint against Batista's coup d'état in the Emergency Court. He reads a document where he states: "If in face of this series of blatant and confessed crimes of treason and sedition is not judged and punished. How can a court then try any citizen on charges of sedition or rebellion against that illegal regime which came to be as a result of treason with impunity?
